をベースに仕上げており、お肉ともお野菜とも相性抜群すぎてお箸が止まりません

Established in 1985, "Oniku no Isshin"
Specialising in sukiyaki and shabu shabu hotpot.

Our sukiyaki is made with safe and high-quality specially selected Japanese Wagyu,
Okinawan aged pork, and Agu pork, cooked right in front of you
using ONiku no Isshin's Special cooking method.
Enjoy it with our secret warishita sauce, which has been aged  since 1985.

The shabu-shabu is made with a slightly sweet, light seafood stock
that goes perfectly with the meat and vegetables, making it hard to stop eating

And speaking of shabu-shabu, the final dish is zosui 😍
